Our Story
Jaybird Technologies was founded by Justin Torrence, a software engineer and certified Quickbase expert with a background in solution architecture, business analysis, project management, and change management.
After seeing small businesses struggle with manual systems and disconnected tools, Justin launched Jaybird to build software around the way those businesses already operate.

The person asking the technical questions is also the person doing the implementation.

We avoid complexity that makes routine changes harder than they need to be.

Meet the Founder: Justin Torrence
Justin is a software engineer, Quickbase Certified App Builder, and solution architect with more than 10 years of hands-on experience designing business systems, from low-code platforms to custom web applications and AI integrations.
His background in process analysis and change management helps uncover requirements that are easy to miss when a project is treated as a list of features.
