This policy explains what information Jaybird Technologies ("Jaybird," "we," or "us") collects through jaybirdtechnologies.com, how we use it, and which service providers process it.
Information you submit through our forms
The contact form and the consultation request form ask for your first name, last name, company, email address, and a message or project description. When you submit either form, we also record the address of the page you submitted it from.
We send this information to HubSpot, the customer relationship management service we use to receive and respond to inquiries. We use it to reply to you and to follow up about the question or project you described.
Bot protection
Our forms and free tools use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a request comes from a person. Turnstile runs in your browser, and Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device to perform that check. Our server receives a pass or fail result and does not store it.
Free tools
The Amazon Seller Lookup and LinkedIn Ad Library Search tools send the seller ID or company name you enter to Apify, the platform that runs the underlying data collection. Apify processes each search under our account and keeps the search input and results according to its own data retention settings. Our site does not save your searches to a database or write them to logs.
To enforce the daily limit on free searches, our server keeps a count of requests for each IP address in temporary memory. That count is not written to a database and is cleared when the server restarts.
When you use a tool, we record analytics events showing which tool was used, whether the search succeeded or failed, and how many results it returned. These events do not include the seller ID or company name you entered.
Cookies and analytics
Every page on this site loads two scripts that can set cookies:
- Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage analytics and measurement tags, including Google Analytics. These tags can collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your browser and device type.
- The HubSpot tracking script, which can record visits and page views.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work, and analytics tools will not be able to use cookies to recognize your visits. Google describes how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes every request to the site, including your IP address and browser information, in order to deliver pages, and may keep standard request logs as part of operating its service.
Google API data
Jaybird uses a Google OAuth application only for its own internal tools, which provide read-only access to Jaybird's Google Analytics data and access to Jaybird's Google Ads account. The application is not offered to the public and is not used to access data from visitors to this site. Access tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer and are not shared with or sold to anyone.
Jaybird's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy so they can perform their services for us, or when required by law.
